the President, Vice President, joint Secretary and Treasurer of the Sri Lanka Heart Association.
I am the Treasurer, Association of Medical Specialists, Sri Lanka since 2017 to date.
I became a Fellow of Japanese Circulation Society in 2021, Fellow of Royal College of
Physicians, London in 2021, Fellow of American College of Cardiology in 2021, Fellow of
European Society of Cardiology in 2021, Fellow of Ceylon College of Physicians in 2014,
Member of Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom in 2002
I have been a member of the ministerial subcommittee formulating and reviewing national
guidelines on heart healthy diet, physical activity and CV risk assessment tools.
